Starting off with a small residence in Ibiza in 1991, Bug enhanced his report and was invited to play the honored Love Parade subsequently that year. His vocation in music production came iI years subsequently with the freeing of Bride & Bridegroom on the Superstition label. Several other releases on littler labels followed, and in 1996 he started his number 1 tag, Raw Elements. This label, however, would be transitory, as Bug would bust the quid and begin up iI labels -- Poker Flat and Dessous -- in 1998. Each label had its possess aesthetic in judgement, with Poker Flat concentrating on uptight dancefloor tech-house releases and Dessous focussing on deep business firm and downtempo sounds. Bug would go along to record singles for Poker Flat and Dessous as well as early labels world-wide, and he quietly established a repute internationally for his DJ sets as well as his productions. It wasn't long until Poker Flat would find itself several more sublabels to contend with -- Audiomatique Recordings, B Series, and Traffic Signs all appeared within the side by side year, spell Bug's reputation grew thanks in no small part to collaborations with Richie Hawtin and Chicago tech-house maestro Common Factor for their M-nus and Tactile imprints, respectively. Though he continues to record prolifically, his last full-length acquittance, Fleshly, was released on Poker Flat in 2002.
